2. How to Return an Item

Shipping the Return: Return the product to the address provided in the RMA instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
