1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- The item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item is returned with all original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.
Note: Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way, including products with missing parts, cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@iwcfineuni.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Package the Item: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping. All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, if you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is in new, unused condition.
- The item is within the 30-day return window.
To request an exchange, please follow the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items and will provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
6. Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not defective or damaged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. International Returns
For international customers, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process will be at the customer’s expense.
